Dr. Roland Schaette

Who passed away on 21 March 2022 at the age of 79 after a serious illness.

Roland Schaette, as the son of one of the company founders, took over the management of the then Gebr. Schaette KG in 1980 and led the company until its transfer to the WALA Group. He remained on friendly terms with SaluVet GmbH, which was formed from the Schaette and PlantaVet companies in 2015, until the end.

Roland Schaette achieved a great deal in our company with courage, confidence and trust in people and their ability to develop, and laid the foundation for today’s SaluVet. To the very end, he retained his youthful curiosity, confidence and eagerness to experiment.

We will remember him with gratitude.
