New administration and seminar building in Bad Waldsee
The challenge of keeping healthy and high-performing animals accompanies you every day. In addition, social requirements, such as the demand for antibiotic reduction, must also be taken into account. SaluVet has been supporting you in this for over 100 years. Due to the increasing demand for natural preparations, our company is also growing and our team is constantly expanding with new employees.
It was therefore time to meet our increasing space requirements and to build a new administration and seminar building. After the planning phase, construction began in spring 2019 and the new building was ready for occupancy in September 2020.
However, in doing so, we not only wanted to create sufficient office space for our employees, but also space for you, our customers.
Seminars and more
In order to live up to our claim of being a knowledge provider in the field of holistic animal health, we need suitable premises for seminars, workshops and events. Thanks to the new building, these are now available to us. In addition, a spacious medicinal plant garden will be laid out, so that in future we will be able to perfectly combine theory and practice at seminars on all aspects of herbalism.
At the moment, unfortunately, the current situation is also causing restrictions for us, but we hope to be able to invite you to seminars, workshops and our popular company tours in our brand new administration and seminar building soon.
Building ecologically and sustainably
We harness the power of nature for our products. It is therefore a matter of course for us to protect nature and our environment as much as possible by acting sustainably and responsibly in all areas of our business.
This principle naturally also applies to our new building. In order to conserve resources, the previous administration building will not be demolished and replaced, but will continue to be used. The “old” and the “new” are connected by a footbridge. In the area of energy, we rely on renewable and self-generated energy. This is achieved through photovoltaic and solar systems, a wood pellet heating system and the use of geothermal energy. Charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes are available for employees and visitors.
We deliberately used sustainable and regional materials for the construction. For example, the wood comes from silver fir trees from Germany and Austria. Unnecessarily long transport routes can thus be avoided.
Another possibility to pay attention to environmental protection and sustainability is the interior design. At SaluVet, we use natural floor coverings, carpets made of recycled materials and mineral wall paints that do not contain synthetic adhesives or chemical additives.
What you can look forward to
If the building is first and foremost just another building, there is much more behind it: A clear commitment of SaluVet GmbH to Germany and Bad Waldsee, today and in the future. For you, this means safety, reliability and the guarantee that you will continue to receive products “made in Germany” with the corresponding quality from us in the future.
